| Church Council | |

The Church Council holds responsibility for developing a plan for organizing the administrative and programs of nurture, outreach, and witness along with leadership training and the planning and administration of the congregation’s life. |

| Ministry Leadership Team | |
|
This team has responsibilities for the program ministries of the church. These program ministries include: Children’s Ministries, Youth Ministries, Sunday School, Spiritual/Fellowship Ministries, Evangelism Ministries, Mission Ministries, Communication Ministries, Member Initiative Ministries. |

| Board of Trustees | |
|
This board has the supervision, oversight and care of all real property owned by the local church and of all property and equipment acquired directly by the local church or by any society, board, class or similar organization connected. The board reviews annually the adequacy of the property, liability, and crime insurance coverage on church-owned property, buildings and equipment |

| Committee on Lay Leadership | |
|
This committee identifies develops, deploys, evaluates, and monitors Christian spiritual leadership for the local congregation. In conducting its work, the committee engages in biblical and theological reflections on the mission of the church. It provides a means of identifying the spiritual gifts of the membership. |

| Committee on Staff Parish Relations | |
|
This committee reflects biblically and theologically on the role and work of the pastor(s) and staff as they carry out their leadership responsibilities. |

| Committee on Finance | |
|
This committee compiles annually a complete budget for the local church and submits it for review and adoption by the church council. |
|
| Committee on Stewardship | |
|
This committee plans and promotes a program of stewardship in such areas as giving and tithing, funding ministries, and planned giving of time and abilities. |
|
| Church Treasurer | |
|
The church treasurer disburses money contributed to causes represented in the local church budget or voted by the church council. |
