cordially invites you to participate in our eleventh annual Craft Fair. Our
annual fair has grown and has proven to be a success for many artisans. AUMC
is located just north of I-74 East and the Acton Toad interchange (exit 99)
in southeast Marion County - a prime location with easy access and plentiful
parking. Potential customers will be reached through broad advertisement and
repeated programming. Booth space is limited and goes quickly, so reserve
yours today

It’s that time of year when we are gearing up for our annual Craft Fair,
scheduled for October 28th, 2007. The Craft Fair is one of UMW biggest
events of the year, raising hinds for our many mission projects and
church projects throughout the year. There is still booth space
available, please contact me if you are interested in a booth.
Listed
below is the calendar of events for the preparing for the fair. You can
help in many ways, baking, crafting setup, working the day of the fair,
and cleanup. We are also in need of many supplies for the fair, you can
help by purchasing gift cards from Marsh or Kroger’s. We found it worked
best to receive the cards and do the shopping ourselves. Please give the
cards to Barb in the office and she will get them to our shoppers.
If you have any crafts you would like to donate for the fair please
bring to the church by Thursday the 26th. Watch the Good News Board for
signup sheets to volunteer your time. With your support, were looking
forward to another successful fair.
Pie days are October 17th and October 26th starting at 9am. We are
freezing the pies made on the 17th so get that look off your face:-) We
need people to help make homemade pie crusts and peel/assemble the pie
fillings. Please sign up on the Welcome Board so Anne-Marie can make
plans. Even if you don’t sign up just come to help and enjoy the
fellowship!
