NEWS TO USE
The Thursday Evening Bible Study group will start a new study on May 1st at 7:30pm. We will be studying the Gospel of John and the book we will use is entitled "God's Loving Word, Exploring the Gospel of John". We meet at the home of Ken and Sandy Grubb, 6032 South Eaton Avenue, 862-4773. If you need directions to our home, please give us a call.
Thank you to all of you who have donated toward the United Methodist Global AIDS Fund. To date we have collected $447.00. Our goal for the conference is $600.00. If you have not donated toward the fund, there is still time. Please make your check out to the church and designate in the memo section for the UMGAF. Your contributions will be put to good use to alleviate some of the sufferings of victims of this disease and their families here and around the world. Thanks for helping us reach our goal. |
